How do I keep my Thai SIM card active?

How does the validity extension work?
We send a series of ฿10 top-ups to your number — three for 3 months, six for 6 months. Each one extends your validity, and the credit itself stays on your SIM.
Do I need to be in Thailand?
No. You can buy from any country and pay with an international card. The top-ups go straight to your number on the carrier’s side.
How fast is it?
Usually within a few minutes of payment. Your carrier sends an SMS for each top-up, and you can check your new expiry date with the dial code for your carrier.
My SIM has already expired — can I still extend it?
If the number is still in the carrier's grace period, adding validity usually brings it back. Once the carrier has cancelled a number, only the carrier can help — visit one of their shops with your passport.
Does it work on tourist SIMs?
Tourist SIMs can have different validity rules. If yours can't be extended as expected, check your carrier's app or customer service.
